OUR SERVICES
We offer two types of PLC incorporation services. Standard formations and custom formations. For both types companies are formed to order with your choice of name, your choice of registered office address and your choice of maximum authorised share capital.

STANDARD PLC COMPANY FORMATIONS
Directors, company secretary and shareholders are put in place after incorporation using paper forms which we supply free of charge. This service is recommended if you need to place your order quickly.

CUSTOM PLC COMPANY FORMATIONS
Directors, company secretary and shareholders are put in place before incorporation using information provided as part of the order process. No signatures are required but items of personal information are needed as authentication. 

Both of our PLC company formation services are priced at £125.00 and are usually completed within 24 hours.

As UK company formation agents established in 1994 we are experienced in the formation of PLC companies. The following general information is intended as a brief guide for prospective clients who are not familiar with the Companies Act.

SHARE CAPITAL
The authorised share capital of a PLC company must be at least £50,000 and at least a quarter of the share capital must be issued and paid before the company can trade. Form 117 must be submitted to Companies House before trading confirming that sufficient shares have been issued and paid.

MEMBERS
A PLC company must have at least two members (shareholders).

DIRECTORS
A PLC company must have at least two directors.

COMPANY SECRETARY
A PLC company must have a suitably qualified company secretary. We can provide a nominee company secretary if required.

ACCOUNTS AND AUDIT
Accounts for PLC companies must be filed at Companies House within 7 months from the end of the accounting reference period and audit exemptions are not available for PLC companies.

DISSOLUTION
A PLC company cannot apply for voluntary strike-off under section 652A of the Companies Act
